Where Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Healing
Nestled in the sacred hills of Kirtipur, Himalayan Nada is a sanctuary where the ancient echoes of the Himalayas find resonance in the modern soul. Here, we believe sound is medicine—a bridge back to the lineage of Buddha, Guru Rinpoche, and Milarepa.
Where Sound Becomes Medicine
At Himalayan Nada, we harness the vibrational power of handcrafted singing bowls, symphonic gongs, and intricate voice harmonics. Each frequency is selected to resonate with the body’s cellular structure, guiding the nervous system from a state of ‘fight or flight’ to deep, restorative stillness.
Our practice isn’t just about relaxation; it’s a recalibration of the spirit. Through rhythmic resonance, we dissolve the static of daily life, creating a fertile ground for inner transformation and clarity.
At Himalayan Nāda, we carry this living tradition forward.
We specializes in creating immersive, restorative soundscapes using Singing Bowls, Cristal Bowls, Gongs, Tingsha, Bajra Bells, Shamanic Drums, Didgeridoo :Other natural sound instruments : Rain Sticks, Ocean Drums, Waterflow beans, Kalimba, Handspan — experiences designed to quiet the mind, release physical tension, and gently regulate the nervous system.
Our approach weaves ancient Himalayan sound traditions with modern acoustic science, offering a grounded and effective path for those navigating workaholic stress, anxiety, depression, chronic migraines, sleep difficulties, and burnout.
Our mission is to preserve and share these ancient Himalayan sound healing traditions, guiding modern seekers toward holistic wellness, clarity, and inner harmony.
